    (Our Processing team is responsible for getting your transaction from contract to closing, including: title; primary communication; coordinating with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers; and ensuring the transaction arrives at a successful closing. While you may never meet the Processing team, you will almost certainly have the most phone and/or email contact with this team).

    (Our Shipping and Post-Closing team take over once the real estate transaction has closed. They ensure the proper financial disbursements and documentation are sent where they need to go… whether to the county for recording, to a lender, or to vendors such as insurance and home warranty providers).

    (Our Policies and Final Documents team audits transactions to ensure top quality, prepares title insurance products, submits to title insurance agents/attorneys for review and signature, and submits final documentation to the insured parties).

    (Our Legal team is responsible for examining title searches, determining requirements for closing, preparing legal documents, and advising on the proper resolution of a myriad of issues which arise on most transactions).
