Douglas W. Thomson
Doug is the President and founder of TechneTitle Agency. In addition to his duties with TechneTitle, Doug is an attorney with Thomson Law and a licensed title insurance agent. Doug earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, his law degree from Ohio Northern University, and his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University.

Joshua E. Thomson
Josh is the Chief Executive Officer of TechneTitle Agency. Before TechneTitle Josh served in the U.S. Military as a pilot in the Air Force. He completed two tours of duty overseas and served as an Instructor Pilot training the next generation of Air Force pilots.
Josh attended the United States Air Force Academy where he obtained is commission as an Air Force Officer and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. Josh also completed his Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Charles “Trey” Barrowman III
Trey is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TechneTitle Agency. Trey is also an attorney licensed in the State of Ohio and Commonwealth of Kentucky and a licensed title insurance agent. Trey has been certified as a specialist in the practice of Residential Real Property by the Ohio State Bar Association.
Trey obtain his undergraduate Degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and his law degree from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
In his free time (when he is not diving into title issues), Trey enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and loveable mutt: “Mickey.” Trey is an avid golfer (or, more accurately, de facto tracker and hiker, when looking for golf balls in the woods).

Debra Campbell
Deb is the Office Manager for TechneTitle’s Hillsboro office. Deb, a lifelong resident of Highland County, Ohio, has over twenty years of experience with the company and is a licensed title insurance agent.
