It will concentrate on several topics, such as changes in the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code, current changes to the landscape of closing and notarization, issues related to divorce proceedings, and more!

Ohio Canon of Ethics

This course is designed to fulfill the Ohio 3-hour Canon of Ethics educational requirement, concentrating on: Sources of Ethical Direction, NAP Code of Ethics and ORC case law, Changes in Office Structure and Ethics, Vigilance as a source of ethics, and other sources of ethical direction such as morality, compliance, and if habit begets ethics.
